ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the contractual relations between the Forbach Region Tourist Office and its Client. They detail the rights and obligations of the Tourist Office and its Client in the context of the sale of products or services.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Forbach Region Tourist Office are available:

Consequently, placing an order implies the Client's prior, full, and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The invalidity of one of the clauses of these conditions will not affect the validity of the other clauses.
ARTICLE 2 – IN-STORE AND ONLINE SALES
The Forbach Region Tourist Office sells various products and services via its shop and its website www.paysdeforbach.com, which are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Client must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract. The Client is legally and financially responsible for all purchase operations made with the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
They certify the accuracy of their personal information that may be requested from them and in this regard guarantee the Forbach Region Tourist Office against any action or claim by a third party in case of illicit or fraudulent use of their data by a third party.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office is bound by an obligation of means and cannot under any circumstances be held responsible in case of fraudulent use on its website of the Client's credentials (username and password).
ARTICLE 3 – BOOKING, ORDER, AND PAYMENT
General:
By placing an order in the shop or on the website of the Forbach Region Tourist Office, the Client expressly acknowledges having obtained all desired information on the nature and characteristics of the ordered products and/or services.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office presents information on the product or service in its shop and on its website www.paysdeforbach.com, in compliance with Article L-111-1 of the Consumer Code.
The products and services offered for sale in the shop and on the website www.paysdeforbach.com are described with the greatest possible accuracy, allowing the consumer to form the most precise and faithful idea possible of the product or service.
Orders and Confirmation:
The Client's validation of their order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
To validate their order in the shop, the Client may be required to provide their personal data (name, first name, email, address, phone number).
To validate their online order, the Client must perform a series of actions and provide personal data (adding products to the cart, order validation, access to an existing client account or creation of a client account, entering email and password, entering contact details, choosing payment method, choosing delivery method, acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale).
The Forbach Region Tourist Office will not be obliged to fulfill the order and/or reserved services as long as these prerequisites are not met, the contract not being considered validly formed.
The order becomes firm and final upon the Client's validation and payment of the full price of the ordered products and/or services.
Once the order is placed and paid for by the client, the Forbach Region Tourist Office sends an email confirming the order, accompanied by a voucher and an invoice for a service or an order summary for a product.
The Client acknowledges that the data recorded on the sales software of the Forbach Region Tourist Office constitute proof of the transaction, and the data recorded by payment systems, proof of the financial transaction.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office reserves the right to suspend and/or refuse any order from a Client with whom it is in dispute, for any reason whatsoever, without the latter being able to claim any compensation.
The photographs illustrating the product or service offered for sale are as faithful as possible. Nevertheless, the Forbach Region Tourist Office draws the Client's attention to the fact that photographs cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered for sale, particularly regarding:
- Colors:
Pantone references are printing ink references intended for printing on paper. Depending on the materials used, differences may be observed due to the quality of the material or the base color of the object; the Forbach Region Tourist Office cannot be held responsible for these differences.
- Appearance:
The finishes of handcrafted products may sometimes vary.
These differences cannot be interpreted as defects of conformity and lead to the cancellation of the sale.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office cannot be held liable in case of an erroneous interpretation of this information and in case of an obvious error or non-significant omission between the characteristics of the product or service, and its representation and/or description.

Availability of items
Items are offered subject to stock availability. In case an item is unavailable after the order has been placed, the Forbach Region Tourist Office informs the client by email and refunds any amount received for this item as soon as possible.
The unavailability of a product cannot under any circumstances lead to the granting of a penalty, damage, or interest whatsoever.
Delivery and Receipt of Online Shop Items
Deliveries from the Forbach Region Tourist Office's online shop are handled by external service providers.
Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated in the order, within 15 days following the order receipt date for metropolitan France. Delivery times for any other delivery location are not guaranteed and can be communicated on a case-by-case basis upon request.
Any reasonable delay in the delivery of products will not entitle the Client to damages or cancellation of the order.
In case of an unusual delay from the Forbach Region Tourist Office, an email will be sent to the client to inform them.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office's responsibility regarding the delivery obligation will be released once it has sent the ordered products to the address provided within 15 days following the order. Regarding the responsibility of La Poste or another carrier, the official stamps will serve as proof.
It is the client's responsibility, in case of shortage, damage, or non-conformity, to make precise and detailed claims with the carrier upon delivery and no later than three days (excluding public holidays) following it, and to notify the Forbach Region Tourist Office by mail or email.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT AND PRICES
The Tourist Office accepts the following payment methods: cash, check, bank card, ANCV holiday vouchers, bank transfer, and credit note from the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
Payment is made upon order in the shop and online.
Unless otherwise stated, the displayed prices are in euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs for items may be added to these prices.
Any reservation is firm and final, subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 5, or cancellation under the conditions provided for in Article 7 of these general terms and conditions of sale.
In case of price modification, the price applicable to the Client is that in effect at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Depending on the type of service ordered, the Client may or may not benefit from a right of withdrawal.
Specific conditions related to in-person sales.
This case is not regulated by law.
If a Client wishes to return a product purchased in the shop, the Forbach Region Tourist Office reserves the right to accept or refuse the return of the sold product, according to its own criteria (product condition, return period...).
The Forbach Region Tourist Office will proceed either with a standard product exchange, if this solution is deemed feasible, or with the issuance of a credit note valid for a period of 6 months.
No refund will be issued.
Specific conditions for online sales.
In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), you have, according to Article L 121-21 of the French Consumer Code, a period of fourteen clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
This right of withdrawal can be exercised by registered mail or email with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to the Forbach Region Tourist Office:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Forbach Region Tourist Office undertakes to refund the Client as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days following the date on which it received the returned item.
This period runs from the receipt of the product by the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
The returned item must be in a resalable condition.
Specific conditions for ticketing, services, stays, and gift vouchers.
In application of Articles L. 121-20-4, paragraph 2, the Client does not have a right of withdrawal in the case of an order including ticketing, services, or gift vouchers for a specific date or period.
In this context, no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 6 - CONDITIONS RELATING TO SERVICES
The duration of each service is specified by the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
The Client cannot claim any right to remain on the premises after the service.
ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITIES
The Forbach Region Tourist Office remains the Client's sole point of contact and is responsible to them for the execution of ordered services and obligations arising from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office cannot be held responsible for the total or partial non-performance of ordered services: in case of force majeure, i.e., unforeseeable, irresistible, and external, as defined by Article 1148 of the Civil Code; due to a third party; due to improper performance of its obligations by the Client or in case of fault on the part of the latter.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind that may result from a temporary unavailability of the site or an interruption of the Client's connection during the registration, booking, or payment process.
ARTICLE 8 - WARRANTIES
In accordance with the provisions of Article 1641 of the Civil Code, the Forbach Region Tourist Office provides a warranty against hidden defects for the products it sells, independently of the commercial warranty.
Legal Warranty:
In accordance with the provisions of Article L211-15 of the Consumer Code, the client is reminded of the following provisions:
Article 1641 of the Civil Code:
The Forbach Region Tourist Office is bound by the warranty for hidden defects of the sold item which render it unfit for its intended use, or which diminish this use to such an extent that the Client would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had they known of them.
Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code:
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within two years from the discovery of the defect.
Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code:
The Forbach Region Tourist Office is obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
It is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when the latter was undertaken by it under the contract or carried out under its responsibility.
Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code:
To conform to the contract, the goods must:
1° Be fit for the purpose ordinarily expected of similar goods and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the Client in the form of a sample or model;
- exhibit the qualities that a Client can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, the producer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling;
2° Or exhibit the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be fit for any special purpose sought by the Client, brought to the seller's attention, and accepted by the latter.
Article L211-12 of the Consumer Code:
The action resulting from a lack of conformity is time-barred after two years from the delivery of the goods.
The above provisions do not deprive the Client of the right to bring an action resulting from redhibitory defects as provided for in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code or any other contractual or extra-contractual action recognized by law.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office will proceed, at the client's choice, with an exchange for identical product(s) or product(s) of equivalent quality and price, subject to available stock, or with a refund:
- In case of hidden defects in the sold products rendering them unfit for their intended use, or diminishing this use to such an extent that the client would not have acquired them or would have paid a lower price for them had they known of them,
- In case of delivery of products not conforming to the order.
In this event, any return costs for defective or non-compliant products will be borne by the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
ARTICLE 9 - DATA PROTECTION POLICY
The use of the paysdeforbach.com website to book or order a service requires the creation of a Customer account and the provision of identifying information.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, and to update it as necessary, and must particularly ensure the validity and correct configuration of their email address to receive confirmations sent by the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
Data, whether personal or not, is collected by the Forbach Region Tourist Office during the use of the site, Customer registration, and payment, including name, first name, email, address, phone number, and information related to the payment method (credit card exclusively).
This data, which is encrypted, is collected in strict compliance with personal data protection rules, and for the sole purpose of allowing the Customer to access the online booking system by optimizing its operation and efficiency, but also to comply with current legislation.

ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Catalogs, photographs, brochures, and documents of any kind published on the paysdeforbach.com website or submitted or sent to the Forbach Region Tourist Office remain the sole property of the Tourist Office or its suppliers and service providers.
Any reproduction or commercial or non-commercial use of these elements is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Also prohibited is the repeated and systematic extraction of protected or unprotected elements from the paysdeforbach.com website causing any harm to the Forbach Region Tourist Office or any of its service providers or suppliers, particularly with regard to Law No. 98-536 of July 1, 1998, on the legal protection of databases (transposition of Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of March 11, 1996) and copyright law.
ARTICLE 11 – RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE
The Forbach Region Tourist Office retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price, including principal and ancillary costs.
Accordingly, if the Customer is subject to a reorganization or liquidation procedure, the Forbach Region Tourist Office reserves the right to claim, within the framework of the collective proceedings, the goods sold and remaining unpaid.
ARTICLE 12 - GOVERNING LAW - JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any acts resulting therefrom, are governed by French law.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale or any acts resulting therefrom, the parties shall endeavor to seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable agreement, express jurisdiction is granted to the courts within whose jurisdiction the Forbach Region Tourist Office's headquarters are located, unless the consumer prefers to refer the matter to any other competent jurisdiction.
SPECIFIC BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES BY GROUPS & INDIVIDUALS
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE
The Forbach Region Tourist Office is registered in the register of travel and stay operators under number IM 057 10 00 16.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office, acting as an active intermediary, particularly within the framework of the law of July 13, 1992, can ensure the booking and sale of all types of tourism, leisure, activity, travel, and stay services within its area of operation.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office facilitates the Customer's process by providing advice, offering a range of services, and ensuring quick and secure booking.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office is a public interest association that works in close cooperation with all types of service providers in its territory or neighboring territories.
ARTICLE 2 – SERVICE DESCRIPTION
According to Article 96 of Decree 94-490 of June 1994.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office must draw up a quote bearing its company name, address, and indication of its administrative authorization to operate. It must communicate to the Customer information about the service (price, dates, and other constituent elements of the services provided during the service) such as:
1° the destination, means, characteristics, and categories of transport used;
2° the type of accommodation, its location, comfort level, and main characteristics, its approval and tourist classification corresponding to the regulations or customs of the host country;
3° the meals provided;
4° the description of the itinerary when it is a tour;
5° the administrative and health formalities to be completed, particularly in the event of crossing borders, as well as their completion deadlines;
6° visits, excursions, and other services included in the package or potentially available for an additional charge;
7° the minimum or maximum group size allowing for the service to be carried out, as well as, if the performance of the service is subject to a minimum number of participants, the deadline for informing the Customer in case of cancellation; this date cannot be set less than 21 days before departure;
8° the amount or percentage of the price to be paid as a deposit upon signing the quote, as well as the payment schedule for the balance;
9° the terms for price revision as provided for in Article 100 of Decree 94-490 of June 1994.
When the contract includes an express possibility of price revision, within the limits provided for in Article 19 of the aforementioned law of July 13, 1992, it must specify the precise calculation methods, both upward and downward, for price variations, and notably the amount of transport costs and related taxes, the currency or currencies that may affect the price of the trip or stay, the portion of the price to which the variation applies, and the exchange rate of the currency or currencies used as a reference when establishing the price in the contract.
10° contractual cancellation conditions;
11° the cancellation conditions defined in Articles 101, 102, and 103 of Decree 94-490 of June 1994, specified below;
12° details concerning the risks covered and the amount of guarantees subscribed under the insurance contract covering the consequences of professional civil liability of travel agencies and the civil liability of non-profit associations and organizations and local tourism organizations;
13° information concerning the optional subscription to an insurance contract covering the consequences of certain specific risks, including repatriation costs in case of accident or illness;
ARTICLE 3 – SERVICE CONTRACT
According to Article 98 of Decree 94-490 of June 1994, and only for travel or stay services, the Forbach Region Tourist Office must issue a written service contract, drawn up in duplicate, one copy of which is given to the Customer, and signed by both parties.
It must include the following clauses:
1° the name and address of the Tourist Office, its financial guarantee and professional liability insurance, as well as the name and address of associated service providers;
2° the destination or destinations of the trips, and, in the case of a split stay, the different periods and their dates;
3° the means, characteristics, and categories of transport used, the dates, times, and places of departure and return;
4° the type of accommodation, its location, comfort level, and main characteristics, its tourist classification according to the regulations or customs of the host country;
5° the number of meals provided;
6° the itinerary when it is a tour;
7° visits, excursions, or other services included in the total price of the trip or stay;
8° the total price of the services invoiced, as well as the indication of any possible revision of this invoicing under the provisions of Article 100 of Decree 94-490 of June 1994.
When the contract includes an express possibility of price revision, within the limits provided for in Article 19 of the aforementioned law of July 13, 1992, it must specify the precise calculation methods, both upward and downward, for price variations, and notably the amount of transport costs and related taxes, the currency or currencies that may affect the price of the trip or stay, the portion of the price to which the variation applies, and the exchange rate of the currency or currencies used as a reference when establishing the price in the contract;
9° the indication, where applicable, of fees or taxes related to certain services such as landing, disembarkation, or embarkation taxes in ports and airports, and tourist taxes when they are not included in the price of the service(s) provided;
10° the schedule and terms of payment for the price; in any event, the final payment made by the Customer cannot be less than 30% of the price of the trip or stay and must be made upon delivery of the documents enabling the trip or stay to be carried out;
11° the specific conditions requested by the Customer and accepted by the Tourist Office;
12° the procedures by which the Customer may submit a complaint to the Forbach Region Tourist Office for non-performance or poor performance of the contract, a complaint which must be sent as soon as possible, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Tourist Office, and reported in writing, possibly to the service providers concerned;
13° the deadline for informing the Customer in case of cancellation of the trip or stay by the Tourist Office in cases where the realization of the trip or stay is linked to a minimum number of participants, in accordance with the provisions of Article 96 specified above;
14° contractual cancellation conditions;
15° the cancellation conditions provided for in Articles 101, 102, and 103 specified below;
16° details concerning the risks covered and the amount of guarantees under the insurance contract covering the consequences of the professional civil liability of the Forbach Region Tourist Office;
17° information concerning the insurance contract covering the consequences of certain cancellation cases subscribed by the Customer (policy number and insurer's name), as well as those concerning the assistance contract covering certain specific risks, including repatriation costs in case of accident or illness; in this case, the Tourist Office must provide the Customer with a document specifying at least the risks covered and the risks excluded;
18° the deadline for informing the Tourist Office in case of contract assignment by the Customer;
19° the commitment to provide, in writing, to the Customer, at least ten days before the scheduled departure date, the following information:
- a) the name, address, and telephone number of the local representative of the Tourist Office or, failing that, the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of local organizations likely to assist the Customer in case of difficulty or, failing that, the emergency contact number for the Tourist Office;
- b) for trips and stays abroad for minors, a telephone number and address allowing direct contact with the child or the on-site supervisor of their stay.
ARTICLE 4 – LIABILITY
The Forbach Region Tourist Office must enable the Customer to carry out the services signed in the quote.
It is the sole point of contact for the Customer and is responsible to them for the performance of the obligations arising from these Specific Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Forbach Region Tourist Office cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, i.e., unforeseeable, irresistible, and external, as defined by Article 1148 of the Civil Code; due to the act of a third party; due to the Customer's poor performance of their obligations or in case of their fault.
ARTICLE 5 – BOOKING
The booking becomes firm upon signing the quote, returned by the Customer to the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
A 30% deposit may be requested on the total cost defined in the signed quote. A deposit invoice is issued by the Forbach Region Tourist Office to the customer.
ARTICLE 6 – MANDATORY INFORMATION
After signing the quote, the Customer must provide the Forbach Region Tourist Office, within the deadlines requested by the latter, with a complete information sheet on the group.
The Customer undertakes to provide, within 10 days before the start of the service, the final number of participants for the service concerned.
They must also provide all useful and necessary information for the performance of the service(s), as requested by the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
ARTICLE 7 - BALANCE PAYMENT
The customer formally undertakes to pay the Forbach Region Tourist Office the balance of the agreed and outstanding service within 7 days before the start of the service. The Tourist Office will send the corresponding invoice upon receipt of payment.
Specific conditions (payment upon receipt of invoice, payment within x days...) related to the balance payment may be defined by the Forbach Region Tourist Office; in this case, they are specified in the quote provided to the Customer.
A customer who has not paid the balance of the service by the agreed date is considered to have cancelled their service. Consequently, no refund will be made, and if possible, the service will be put back on sale.
ARTICLE 8 - LATE BOOKINGS
For individuals, in case of booking less than 30 days before the start of the service, full payment will be required upon booking.
ARTICLE 9 – VOUCHER
Upon receipt of payment and/or complete information requested from the Customer, the Forbach Region Tourist Office sends the customer a voucher which they must present on D-day to the service provider(s) upon arrival.
ARTICLE 10 – ARRIVAL ON D-DAY
The customer must present themselves on D-day at the time(s) mentioned on the voucher(s).
If unable to do so, they undertake to notify the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
In case of late or delayed arrival or a last-minute impediment, the customer must directly inform the service provider(s) whose address and telephone number(s) appear on the voucher(s).
Services not consumed due to this delay will remain due and will not be eligible for any refund.
ARTICLE 11 - CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the Forbach Region Tourist Office.
Except in cases of force majeure as described in Article 7 of the attached General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the recorded cancellation date will determine the amount of fees, which vary according to the following terms:
More than 30 days before the service: Administrative fees
From 30 to 15 days before the stay or visit: 50% of the total amount
From 14 to 8 days before the stay or visit: 75% of the total amount
Less than 7 days before the stay or visit: the full amount
In case of client no-show, no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 12 – MODIFICATION BY THE TOURIST OFFICE OF A SUBSTANTIAL ELEMENT OF THE SERVICE
According to Article 101 of Decree 94-490 of June 1994
If, before the scheduled start date of the service, the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office is obliged to make a change to one of the essential elements of the service, the Client may, after being informed by the Tourist Office, by mail or email:
- either terminate their contract and obtain an immediate refund of the sums paid, without penalty.
- or accept the modification or substitution of service locations proposed by the Tourist Office: a contract addendum, specifying the changes made, is then signed by the parties.
Any price reduction will be deducted from any sums still owed by the Client, and if the payment already made by the latter exceeds the price of the modified service, the overpayment will be refunded to the client.
ARTICLE 13 – MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE BY THE CLIENT
Any additional services requested beyond the initial service sold by the Tourist Office to the Client will be subject to a supplementary invoice, the payment of which will be required by a specified due date.
ARTICLE 14 – CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE BY THE TOURIST OFFICE
According to Article 102 of Decree 94-490 of June 1994
If, before the start of the service, the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office cancels the service, it must inform the Client. The Client will be immediately refunded the sums paid, without penalty.
These provisions do not apply when an amicable agreement is reached for the Client's acceptance of a substitute service proposed by the Tourist Office.
ARTICLE 15 – INABILITY OF THE TOURIST OFFICE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT, DURING THE SERVICE
According to Article 103 of Decree 94-490 of June 1994
If, during the service, the Tourist Office is unable to provide a predominant part of the services stipulated in the contract, representing a non-negligible percentage of the price paid by the Client, the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office will propose:
-Either a replacement service for the planned service, potentially bearing any additional cost. If the service accepted by the Client is of lower quality, the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office will refund the price difference.
-Or a reduction in the contract price corresponding to the service that could not be provided.
ARTICLE 16 – INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE BY THE CLIENT
In case of service interruption by the Client, no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 17 – INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER
Any service provider working with the Tourist Office as part of the proposed service, and the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office as part of its own services, reserves the right to refuse or interrupt access to a service if the client breaks the law or fails to comply with the rules specified to the Client, whether in writing or verbally.
ARTICLE 18 – COMPLAINTS
Any complaint regarding the non-performance or poor performance of the contract must be addressed to the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office as soon as possible, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, and may also be reported in writing, possibly to the service providers concerned.
ARTICLE 19 – SPECIAL CONDITIONS RELATED TO ACCOMMODATION
Service prices may include room rental, breakfast, half-board, or full-board. Unless otherwise stated, they do not include meal beverages. When a client occupies a room intended for two people alone, they will be charged a supplement called a 'single room supplement.' On the day of departure, the room must be vacated according to the establishment's schedule.
ARTICLE 20 – CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT BY THE CLIENT
According to Article 99 of Decree 94-490 of June 1994
The Client may assign their contract to another beneficiary who meets the same conditions as them to perform the service, as long as their contract has not yet taken effect.
In this case, the Client is required to inform the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office of their decision by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt no later than 7 days before the start of the service.
The contract assignment must be made at cost price.
The assignor and the assignee are jointly and severally liable to the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office for the payment of the remaining balance and any additional costs incurred by this assignment.
ARTICLE 21 – INSURANCE
The Client is responsible for all damages caused by them.
ARTICLE 22 – DISPUTES
Any complaint relating to a service must be addressed, as soon as possible, by letter, to the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office, which is solely competent to issue a decision on disputes.
In case of persistent disagreement, disputes may be submitted to the quality department of the National Federation of Tourist Offices, which will endeavor to find an amicable agreement.
Any dispute concerning the application of these special booking conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sarreguemines court in Moselle.
ARTICLE 23 – FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
The Pays de Forbach Tourist Office, registered in the register of travel and stay operators: IM 057 10 00 16, has taken out a financial guarantee with Groupama.
ARTICLE 24 – PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
To guarantee its activity of organizing stays, the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office has taken out Professional Liability Insurance with AXA - Christian Bret Assurances.
ARTICLE 25 – GDPR
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, the client may object to the storage and use of their personal data by simple request made to the Pays de Forbach Tourist Office.
