Saint-Denis Church

The present-day church is situated in the centre of the village, on the site of an old chapel: the Wendelinuskapelle. Services were primarily held in winter. In 1862, Father Stanislas Muller, the parish priest, began working on a project to build a new church. The first stone was laid on 9th October 1864 in the presence of a great many dignitaries. The church is open on days when mass takes place.
