On Sunday June 14, the new "Peruvian" organ in Forbach's Marienau church will be the center of festivities.
At 10 a.m., Monseigneur Ballot, Bishop of Metz, will bless the organ during mass.
At 12.30 pm, a meal will be served in the Marienau foyer (please reserve by calling 06 69 33 24 96 before 30/5).
Then at 4 p.m., the grand inaugural concert will feature the Petit Choeur, Ensemble Vocalis, students and teachers from the Conservatoire de Forbach, professional instrumentalists and singers, and musicians from the Atelier baroque de Woippy* (free admission, tray). All will gather around the organ and South American and Hispanic music from the early Baroque period for a musical celebration that marks the start of a wonderful adventure.
