Dive into the heart of mining adventure with your family, tribe or group, and explore the mine galleries!
Put on your helmet in the hangman's room, just as miners used to do, and get ready for total immersion in their fascinating world.
Accompanied by our guides, you and your children will board the cage, ready to descend into the depths of mining history.
Once inside the mining galleries, let yourself be transported by the guides' captivating accounts of some of the miners' trades, and familiarize yourself with coal extraction techniques.
NEW: at the end of their exploration and to celebrate their success, budding miners will receive a booklet about their visit, as well as a miner's apprentice diploma.
Visits on Wednesdays April 15 and 22 at 2pm and 4pm

Price: €5 per child / €4 per accompanying adult (up to 2 adults per sibling, €9 from the 3rd adult upwards)
Reservations strongly recommended (places limited to 15 per visit).
The visit includes access to the Wendel Miners Museum.
Recommended for ages 8 and up.
