The cap lamp night tour is a unique immersive experience offered at Parc Explor Wendel on Saturdays January 17, February 7, March 7, November 14 and December 12, 2026.<\/p>\n
Immerse yourself in the daily life of a miner at night and taste the authenticity of his meal.<\/p>\n
Throughout the visit, visitors are accompanied by a former miner, who acts as a guide and guides the visitor through the experience. The tour begins in the shower-bath corridor, then moves on to the hanging room and the lamp room. Each participant is equipped with a cap lamp, belt and helmet.
\nCrossing the mine shaft is a spellbinding experience.
\nThe immersion continues with the descent to the bottom of the mine. The galleries, plunged into absolute darkness, punctuated by the glow of lamps, offer a glimpse into the working conditions of yesteryear, in a world where man and machine have long rubbed shoulders.<\/p>\n
